NAIA Rules
If you intend to play at an NAIA institution, register with the NAIA Eligibility Center. If you are first entering a Division I college or university, you need to graduate from high school and have a minimum grade point average of at least a 2.3 in a core curriculum of at least 14 academic courses and achieve a qualifying test score on the ACT or SAT.
--Students must make sure the Eligibility Center receives their ACT or SAT score reports. When filing out the ACT registration form, use code 9876 to have your score automatically sent to the NAIA.
Initial eligibility (high school)
Primary rule: Achieve a 2.3 high school GPA.
Alternative rule: If the primary rule isn't met, you must meet at least two of the following three criteria:
A minimum 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
A minimum 970 on the SAT or 18 on the ACT.
Graduation in the top half (50%) of your high school class.
